  • in countries such as Mongolia, bone-broth is consumed to stimulate the immune system and promote the proper functioning of the digestive system
  • 7.5% solids in bone broth made from boiling cow bones & water are minerals and 74.6% are proteins
  • bone marrow provides more nutrients than meat ~ broth made from beef alone had 97.4% lower amino acid content
  • the amino acids in bone broth are rich in anti-inflammatory properties
